    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 cup cocoa (Dutch-process preferred)
    2 1/2 cups powdered milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste

    Hi all,
This receipt looks very easy...right? However, I need to make a huge batch of the mix to fill up 10 6X12 (maybe smaller) sealed containers for XMAS gifts. Where I need HELP is with figuring out the measurements for this batch of homemade cocoa mix! I would be deeply grateful if someone out there could help me figure out the measurements. Thanking you in advance for your help!!!
    Happy Thanksgiving,

The easiest way to do that is to make one batch and see how many containers it fills. Once you do that, it will be much easier to figure out how many batches you need.

It often is easier to make multiple batches than to try to make one enormous batch - easier to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed, especially when some ingredients are used in very small quantities.

I'm not sure what the confusion is, unless I'm missing something here. It makes 5 1/2 cups plus one tablespoon, so if you know how much your containers hold it should be pretty easy to figure out.

The confusion is me...I'm not very good with measurements especially when it comes to double or tripling a batch. I happy that it comes is so easy for you!Looking at it that form your words does make it easier and not so overwhelming
Again, thank you for your response.
