I want to cook my 13 pound turkey in my Nu-wave oven, however, I can not find my instruction/recipe book. Can someone please tell me the temperature and length of time I need to cook it. Also will it help keep it moist if I put some chicken broth in the bottom of the oven. I am not going to stuff the turkey. Thank you.

There are a couple of threads devoted to the Nu-wave, hopefully you can find the answer there
