    This one has a nut-coconut crust, and an apple and goat cheese filling - some honey in there, too. Doesn't it look good?

    No, I haven't, but it seems pretty straightforward. It's too big for me to make unless I know there is company coming or to take somewhere.

    I think it would be pretty if you used apples with different colored peels - maybe in concentric circles.
