    Libbie's Fried Potatoes With Caraway
    with the Beef Goulash (Czech) it ask to serve with potatoes, would this style of potatoes work with the flavor of the Beef Goulash (Czech)? and if not what would? I would like to use Czech style potatoes. I from Czech Republic,and I'm adopted and Im exploring the culture and food, from ware im from.

    I believe that typically a Czech goulash would be served with bread dumplings, Bread Dumplings (Houskove Knedliky)

    That being said, I would think that somewhere in the Czech Republic there will be a mother who serves her goulash with potatoes, and the potato recipe you asked about looks like a really good one.
