    Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Today is the last day I have to prepare food at home and it's easier to pack the salad than all its parts and cutting tools.(No sharp knives in my sister's house.)

It says to dress it 12 hours in advance, will 36 be too many?

I would do all the prep at home - cut up the cauliflower and broccoli, chop the onions, measure out the olives etc - and put each into a ziplock type of plastic bag. Refrigerate. Then put it together 12 or so hours ahead of time - I think even a day is fine, but beyond you worry about things weeping or whatever. Putting it together is the easy part, it's the prep that takes time.

Thanks. I've got it all chopped up and ready to go.
