Hi I am going to make this recipe tonight because it sounds so good! Any ways i was wondering what you mean by 5 to taste garlic. What does that mean. Thank you for your recipe icon_biggrin.gif !

When you click Ask A Question, you come to this forum, where many people are available to help you out. To contact the posting chef, click the arrow next to their name and then the Contact This Chef link. Not all chefs are currently active.

The recipe does not contain that phrase - it just lists garlic and you would use as much garlic as you like. A couple of cloves at least, I would think, minced.

Garlic is listed as an ingredient in that recipe, I don't see where it says how many cloves to use. "To taste" means to your liking. If you like a lot of garlic in your food, then use a lot in the recipe (to your taste). If you don't like garlic, then use very little or leave it out.
I am clueless about the "5" because I didn't see that in the ingredients or the directions.

I took a couple of looks at the recipe you cited, and I'm afraid I don't understand what your question is. Could you clarify?
