My own chili version. A mix of many posted; but, it is the combination I like best.
Beef, 4 cans beans, poblano, onion, celery, fresh garlic, beer, V8, canned tomatoes diced, tomato sauce, rotel, chili powder, cumin, all purpose complete seasoning (I use Badia), worscestershire, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

Of course sour cream, cheese, Usually monterey jack, but I only had cheddar; and, normally scallions, but I was just too lazy.

It was late, and I'm battling a cold, so I ate on the floor with a plastic spoon, lol. I was lazy.

I love the way you put comforting ingredients together!! Sounds great, but you must have cooked to save for the next 2 days?? icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

There are 4 cans in there; but it makes 8 very large bowls. Great to freeze. I always make a bit pot so I can freeze a bunch.

Yep, when I don't feel good, spicy foods usually appeal to me ... unlike chicken soup.

Since I feel 2x as bad as the other day, and literally can't talk; chili is on the menu tonight
