    Can you tell me why for the past 3 days Im not getting any notifications?

    Mary will want to know what browser you are using, what is your ISP and which threads are you not getting notifications for. Also, have you checked your spam folder on your email. Some ISPs are aggressive about moving things into spam, even if you've been routinely receiving messages.

    Still nothing, had to come to customer support for your message.
    Im using Microsoft Office Outlook.
    One of the threads is the What's for Dinner...
    Never had this problem before.

    Cox is my provider.
    Still nothing...I looked in my spam folder, nothing there either.

    Strange. I am receiving mine, but I have gmail. Please make sure you have added to your safe senders list.

    Had to come in here again, still nothing.

    Newsletters are delivered from a different email address and database than forum notifications. Please keep me posted on your status of receiving.

    Anyone else experiencing or have Cox as their provider?

    No, it wouldn't have anything to do with you changing your name. Sounds like your provider may be blocking our email as a bulk sender cause the notifications are going out. Please try reaching out to Cox regarding. If they can't help, we will try something else. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the interim, do you have alternate email you can use for this account?
