Cassoulet recipe Country Living mag lost...help!

I have lost my recipe for cassoulet from Country Living magazine from the late 1980's. I have searched online but can't find it. Does anyone out there have access to the old magazines for a look up? It would be 1987-1990 date range.

I have the 1986 Annual recipe book....is it possible the recipe you are searching for is in it? If you can give me more info I will look for it

I believe it was just called.cassoulet. I changed up the meats involved but I believe they had duck in the ingredients.

These call for duck. The traditional French version usually calls for duck confit. Was it duck confit you used, or just plain duck?

Also try your local library to see if they have archive copies of the magazine or could search the region to see which libraries may have it.

I was looking for something years ago and the library told me which library in the might have what I was looking for.
