Sorry Charmie...wanted to post these tonight as it is always a day ahead here lol

When I saw TWINIE's photo I was salivating! I had the ingredients on hand. added some balsamic vinegar mushrooms etc

Morning all. Off to do Thanksgiving shopping. All my sibs and their families are making it in this year. Having the main dinner at mom and dad's, but we will be having lots of family staying with us. Our older two kids will be flying in Tuesday afternoon. Lots to do, but so excited. Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Monday: Beans Bourguignon over rice, roasted carrots, salad
Tuesday: HS BB game, Bloody Mary Meatloaf, steamed broccoli, baked sweet potatoes, salad
Wednesday: Out-of-town family staying with us. Beef Stew in a Pumpkin, rolls, salad, and Apple-Apricot Cider
Thursday: Thanksgiving--mom and dad's; turkey, cornbread dressing, rolls, cranberry sauce, too many side dishes  , pies; I am bringing Best Ever Pumpkin Pie
Friday: leftovers
Work Lunches: Kitchen Sink Soup w/ Cheddar Cheese Muffins and Tex-Mex Egg Salad Tacos
Breakfast: leftovers--really
Snacks: Hopscotch Treats

Good morning everyone. I really need to get back on track with my menus so this is the week I start again.
Saturday: Meatloaf Barbecue Style with mac and cheese and veggie
Sunday: Pasta night
Monday: Brady Bunch Pork Chops with noodles and veggie
Tuesday: Chicken Thigh Spareribs(well, sort of, lol) with rice and veggie
Wednesday: probably pizza, oldest DD and I both close at work that night
Thursday: DD's and Hubby will do the bird I will do side dishes that I can ahead of time since I work 7-3 on Turkey Day.
Perfect Roast Turkey, Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes, Corn Pudding, dinner rolls, another veggie, sausage stuffing, cranberry/orange relish and pumpkin pie and chocolate pie for dessert.
Friday: fend for yourself.
I will also make Pumpkin Pie Squares to take to work on Thursday for my employees that have to work.

This will be a crazy week, because I will be making 3 full turkey dinners; but I will make what I can ahead; and, it is just me on Thurs.

- French dip sandwich; potato soup - Chicken cordon bleu casserole; salad w/mustard vinaigrette - Turkey Dinner: turkey slices in gravy; stuffing; mashed potatoes; rolls; cranberry sauce; creamed peas and pearl onions; and pumpkin pie (dropped off Wed)
Me: Chili and fresh bread from earlier

Lady #1, #2, and Me: Classic spaghetti/meatballs (probably NO pasta for me); salad; garlic bread

Out with friend to finalize wedding plans for Sunday, her choice

Taking them a Thanksgiving Dinner for Thursday w/bf's.

Lady #3: Taking over a small pot of turkey soup; pumpkin rolls
Me: Too much cooking, leftovers!!

Whoa!! You guys are early! I'm only on my first cup of coffee!
It's a gorgeous rainy morning today!!! Loving it.
Today is my youngest DS's 18th birthday!! I'm not old enough to have a baby that age! Freak o' nature!
And later this week is American Thanksgiving. So a week full of festivities!!
Saturday - Party day!!!! Moroccan Beef With Honey Spice Couscous with a chopped salad, garlic naan, and Butterfinger cake for dessert.
Sunday - Buffalo Chicken Paninis and Tomato Basil Soup
Monday - Melt in Your Mouth Lemon Chicken and risotto and salad
Tuesday - Spicy Sichuan Noodles With Ground Pork with pot stickers
Wednesday - maybe some soup and salad...leaving open.
Thursday - Thanksgiving at brother's family's. Bringing Harvest Vegetable Scallop and an appetizer to be determined.
Friday - Probably do up my own Thanksgiving meal, but waiting to see who will be home.

I missed that. I have cooked in a pumpkin too. It is really good; the flavor is fantastic.
I love the idea of the beef stew in the pumpkin!

Might just have to make the meatloaf one too as the beans one ...well, not according to my doc directed lifestyle  but looks VERY yum! WHOO HOO!

Chicken Thigh Spare Ribs looks interesting but could not get my eye off of that Pumpkin Pie
