My office closed at noon yesterday, Christmas Eve, and I used the extra time to walk my two dogs in the woods -- they loved it so much -- and make a couple of dishes, including the Asian pasta salad. Today I hope to do some more cooking with my DH. He just made us a fantastic omelet and fruit salad.
