I have tried to email myself a recipe about 10 times, and every time it said I typed the 2 security words incorrectly. Obviously that is a very annoying problem for your patrons to have...I will have to write the recipe down, which I don't mind doing most of the time, but why have an option to email if its too bothersome to use? Also this was my 1st time to register and sign in...bummer. I may try this website again, but I hope it goes better next time or that will definitely be my last. There are a gazillion recipe websites to choose from as I assume you are aware. Thanks for your time. Lyoungjavascript:emoticon('icon_rolleyes.gif')

I myself have never had a problem sending the recipes by email, lucky I guess, but I know others have. You might want to just copy and paste the URL for the recipe into your email program - I sometimes do that simply because I don't have emails for everyone memorized, and it's much easier to pull them up out of the email address directory.

Otherwise, please take a look at this thread and see if the suggestions there might not help you.

Also, I wanted to mention that since you are sending to yourself, an alternative would be to save them to your cookbook. That way it will be always available for you to use. You can easily delete them if you decide you do not want them in your cookbook. Everyone has a main cookbook, but you can also set up special cookbooks for special purposes - for type of recipe, main ingredient, equipment use, whatever. I have cookbooks for crockpot, specific cuisines, breads, meatless meals, etc. Better than printing them and trying to keep them straight.

This thread (sticky at the top of the forum) deals with the email issue and some suggestions.
You could copy and paste the recipe into a word processing program and save it that way, but just saving it into you cookbook(s) is really the easiest thing, as duonyte suggested.
