That is the coolest little dog. Ever.
You have to think twice (or a hundred times) before getting a JR because they HAVE to have a job. I'm in awe of the owner/handler because breaking down each individual 'trick' shown I'm guessing hundreds if not thousands of hours have been put in to the training.

No way would I want a JRT. They have waaaay too much energy for my lifestyle. They are great dogs but they are a more suited pet for a young active boy than an old grumpy man like me.
