Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
I have memories of calling this dish chicken cordon bleu, but it's not really that. It is whole chicken that's been deboned and marinated in some sort of wine or sherry, and then stuffed (perhaps with ham and cheese) and tied back together. The marinade is what I remember making it extra delicious.
Much web searching hasn't helped me find a recipe, so I'm wondering if anyone out there has any ideas?
