    I'm looking for a website that shows the glysemic index of all foods. Anyone know of such a site that has it condensed?

    Databases that have all food listed usually require you to input the name, and then they will provided information. There are some software programmes available also.

    As food ingredients change all the time, the information can date very quickly.
