    Can't log in

    I have no idea why or if it's just me but I absolutely can't log in. I haven't been able t for about a week. The login page just keeps cycling me right back to the login page and after a few tries back to whaever page I started from. At first I thought maybe I had forgotten my password...unlikely as it's been the same for years but I've been a way for a while..so I reset it. Tried again and still nothing. My ID is Nikoma.

    OK, that's just bizzar. the site will let me do this, and displays my ID here but still claims I'm not logged in above, won't allow me to access my cookbooks, profile, recipes etc.

    Try clearing cache and cookies you are signed in on some level, as you noticed, since you can post and you would not be able to post if you weren't signed in at all. But sometimes there is some bad code that gets caught up and does not allow you to fully sign in.

    Also, if you use Chrome, try backspacing before you type your name Chrome will add a space before you start typing and that also causes problems.

    Ok, let Mary know what browser and OS you are using, that will help her troubleshoot. Clearing cache and cookies often is the solution - I've used it myself - but not always.

    Nikoma, I was able to impersonate your account and see your cookbooks, recipes, etc. However, your account indicated that you have not signed in since 4-9-2011. Are you using your aol account to sign in with? Also, what browser are you using, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome ? Have you tried deleting your cookies and cache, shutting down and try signing in again? If not, please try that first. Let me know if you are still having problems.
