    Question:Delicious Crock Pot Barbecued Pulled Pork

    Delicious Crock Pot Barbecued Pulled Pork - from viewing other recipes I see that some have recommended removing bone; do you suggest the same? I will be removing skin but wasn't sure about bone. Great recipe and can't wait to enjoy the results.

    I wouldn't bother removing the bone before hand. Obviously, you will need to remove it once you shred the meat, however. I would not remove the skin layer from the shoulder before cooking; it adds a lot of gelatin and flavor to the sauce.
