Haven't been on in ages. Do we still have recipe boxes? Where would I find mine? Thanks.

    P.S. I found it. I found it.

It's not easy to find but also the forums don't seem easy either.

    Hey Gingersnap,

Im so glad youre back and have found your recipes. It is a bit hard to get used to the new layout and find ones way around, but everything nice is still here, too. icon_biggrin.gif

Thank you Loula. It's good to be back. With the holidays coming, us vegans/vegetarians have to kick it up a notch so people will understand that the stuff we eat is delicious!!! icon_razz.gif

I love Thanksgiving. It gives me a chance to stretch my imagination. I love the mashed potatoes, the stuffing, the vegetables and the bread (starch wars LOL). I like the desserts and and cranberries. People think we eat grass and leaves. I've made it a goal to educate as many people as possible, anywhere I am, about the benefits of a compassionate diet. In fact, in a couple weeks, I will be teaching two women the basics of cooking things like tofu, seitan and grains. I don't like using analogs too much, but sometimes people need to ease into it and that's a good way. What are you making for the holiday?
