    Hi Folks,

    As December quickly approaches, I thought I'd ask what kind of Swap/Tag we should have this year for the holidays?

    Here are the options:

    > A normal Veggie Swap, just like this month;
    > A casual Veggie Tag, just like last December, see Veggie Tag, December 2011;
    > No Tag/Swap - Let's resume in the new year.

    What are your thoughts??

    Kat

    my thoughts are scrambled so i was just going to bow out. except i eat so much better with tags to do, lol. so, whatever.

    I too was very impressed with the outcome of this recipe which I made for RSC. I remember the day I made it I had my DD and SIL over and He is picky and really enjoyed it.

    I can see taking a break for the hosts.
    As this is a busy time of year. As for making tags we all do need to eat. icon_smile.gif
    So what I`m saying is continue next year! Jan that is.
    But I will need a reminder.
    I do have one recipe I pan on making as of now n that is CG Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup With Saffron Cream #141717
    The sunchokes, onion, chives and saffron are all home grown.

    By the way sunchoke are super easy to grow. I saw $6.00 a pound at wegmans. One plant produced 20 pounds. If any one wants a bulb/7/tuber. I`ll send it to ya.
    Mine grew over t3 feet.

    Thanks Acadia for your review, I'm glad you liked the quiche! And I just made Starry's Corn and Tomato Salad. Very tasty!

    As for December, I'm game for anything. A break or casual tag is probably the best bet since there are a million other things going on. I echo Rita's suggestion that we choose the option easiest for Loula and Katzen. I can only imagine how much work they do keeping everything updated.

    Alight, my Veggie friends! Sounds like an easy, casual tag is just the thing for December! I'll get the page up later today or tomorrow and put the link up in here.

    Hey everybody,

    whew, another month just flew by. THANK YOU KAT for having my back and keeping everything up to date. I fell into bed right after coming home most of the days. How can not doing anything but read and study be so physically exhausting?!

    I am so longing for the xmas holidays. Ill be travelling home on the 24th and then Ill be at my parents house until the new year. I think uni starts again on the 4th. I cannot believe I have only another few month until things get serious. icon_eek.gif
    Anyways, I plan to push that thought far aside and busy myself musing over cookies to make for friends and family. Any favourites? Id love some suggestions. icon_biggrin.gif

    As for the swap during December, I would be game for a regular one, but a causal one is perfectly fine, too. Kat, do you want me to set up the page?

    Have a lovely day!
