My mom used to make a casserole with a vey inexpensive pork, sauerkraut, rice, tomatoes and topped with sour cream and then baked. Does anyone have this recipe?

Here is a correction for Chubby Cook's link
29 Hungarian Sauerkraut recipes
What you described sounds a bit like an "unstuffed cabbage" (pork, rice, tomatoes, sauerkraut or shredded cabbage) casserole.
You did not specify what cut of pork your grandmother used (ground, chops, shank, tenderloin, etc) although any cut would be interchangable in any of the following recipes.

Authentic Hungarian Sauerkraut and Pork! My family is so excited since we lost the recipe when my mom passed away.

I am pretty sure that this is what you are looking for. I got it from a Hungarian man and his wife. They didn't add rice though. But it has ever single thing you mentioned and you can choose what pork you want the store to cube for you.

They are exact duplicates. Yours is the earlier one, so the other will be dealt with by staff, but I believe they combine reviews for dupes.
It's funny, neither recipe has the rice or sour cream topping (it's stirred in) mentioned by the OP.
But yas know what? It sounds so good I'm saving to make this winter! Looks wonderful and has all the stuff my Volga-Deutsch husband loves.
