    Merlot instead of Shiraz?

    Hi,

    I'm going to try and cook this recipe:

    Will it be terribly wrong if I replace the Shiraz with a Merlot?

    Good Morning, and welcome! wave.gif As far as replacing the shiraz with a merlot, it appears that in the recipe, the shiraz is just a suggestion. I think you will be fine with a merlot. Just remember, if you don't want to drink it, you probably shouldn't use it in your cooking. icon_wink.gif
