The jell-o parfaits, I'll have to make it another day. My son wants his jell-o without anything for now. And after I tagged, we went out and I bought mini marshmallow. And I already saw this recipe of HokiesMom this morning and was curious to try it.

I already made this parfait. It's delicious. I'll post my review and photo tomorrow.
