Has www.yummly.com purchased or stolen all FC recipes?

I've noticed that Food.com recipes are replicated in "yummly", including photos.

Yummly is a semantic web search engine for food, cooking and recipes. It searches all sites on the internet and posts the results, like Google does, and cites the source. Look at their home page and you'll see they show recipes from allrecipes, food.com, and many other sources.

All you get on the Yummly site is a list of ingredients (which is not copyrightable). If you want the full recipe, it sends you to this site, or whatever site the recipe is on.

Now I had a look in the web lookin for my "Swiss Walnut Pie (Engadiner Nusstorte or Bündner Nusstorte) (on Food com)".

I this way I found it through otherdatabanks working like yummly:

But I also found that the person who reviewed my recipe posted in Novenber 2010 under the name "nskoylesg" on 9 th January 2011 copied and posted my recipe as "Swiss Walnut Pie (Engadiner Nusstorte or Bündner Nusstorte) (on Epicurious) under the user name " nsg_mpls" the same day.
The best is that he also posted a review under his own name. So it seems that in Epicurious folk may review their own recipe (in this case it was mine!).

That is exactly why I don't post any original recipes online. Once it's out there, it's really no longer yours. I now only post recipes from other sources, and cite them.

I have problems with Epicurious, but this wasn't one of them until now. I would mention this to their management, as I see they have copied word-for-word, and that IS a violation.
