Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a new eCookbook with you. Stack'd has more than 30 recipes that are perfect for a quick breakfast before school or even a protein-packed dessert before bed. I did a presentation this past weekend on protein pancakes and the children (ages 4 to icon_cool.gif went absolutely crazy for them. Best part? You can make the batter in seconds using a blender. These pancakes have become a fixture in our household and I don't think that's going to change anytime soon icon_smile.gif
