    It's been a long time ago that I did this, but one year when it was just me, I made rice and plum sauce stuffed chicken breasts, covering the outside with sliced almonds and baking them. I also filled acorn squash with cranberry sauce (whole berry) and had broccoli steamed to go with. It was all about no leftovers--
