    15 yrs here, several over 8000ft and the ONLY modification EVER is that at that higher altitude, I had to boil HB eggs for an hour instead of simmer for 20.

    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster - This website has recipes adjusted for high altitudes along with recipes for normal conditions. I've tried a few of the recipes and they've all been delicious!
