I am overwhelmed by my swap partners choices. The photo does not do justice. The card isnt there as I hung it in the living room , a beautiful handmade card. I hope I get that good.
I got scrap book supplies, 2 sets of salt and peppers sets 2 musical angels, door hanger, pop up brush, santa stocking a big one and a pr of santa stockings , a cool bag for Xmas. How did you know I am the bag lady. Hand warmers candy I need to know how to use the bottle of glitter, mini flashlight
I am sure I am forgetting something
Thank you for making my day Roxie.

I received my package from Bblondie88 last nite. It had 2 large glitter red ball ornaments, a sippy cup...JK, its is an insulated make your own picture in it cup, perfect for heading out in the am with coffee. A Santa ornament, will go great with my collection of Santa's. A pickle ornament, this is a tradition in some families, where it is hidden in the tree and the first person to find it on Christmas morning gets a special present and good fortune for the coming year. A German tradition. I almost sent her one . A lovely kitchen towel with matching hot pads. Hazelnut Syrup for the coffee that goes in the cup. Peanut Brittle and a Toblerone (that my husband claimed as soon as I opened the box..LOL)...and the most awesomest (yes I know it is not a word) Flamingo and Santa in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts ornaments that will have a special place on my tropical tree this year. Thank you so much Tammie.
PS - I forgot how to post pics, but I do have one and will gt it up later. [/img]

I received my package from TLu this evening. She has hers, but was waiting for mine to arrive before opening.
I can't begin to describe the goodies in the box, (I don't have a camera -- have asked my kids for one for Christmas) but. . . a set of heart-shaped measuring spoons, a bag of GA grits (never had them, so have to find a recipe), chocolate moose cookie mix and a moose cookie cutter, a wooden moose ornament, marzipan and cinnamon candy from Holland,a very cute Christmas plate for the cookies and candy (if I don't eat it all first), a beautiful delft heart ornament and a really cute painted glass ornament with santa feeding the birds, angel and star silver filigree glittery ornaments, two wooden ornaments with cut-out scenes and a gold star made with twigs and vines. Finally, there is a small, wooden three-dimensional tree with tiny ornaments and a star for the top. That is already put together and sitting on an end table. Everything is so perfect, and so me!!!!!! Thank you TLu for my very special gifts.
And thank you, Sandy, for a great swap!

My parcels from Evelyn arrived this morning. There were some absolutely beautiful tree decorations, a glass pomegranate with an info sheet all about the tradition, some saffron, bay leaves and oregano ( I think!). I had also been sent a little Greek cookbook last week too. thank you so much it was a lovely surprise. will take a picture later and post. I am getting a bit worried that mine hasn't arrived yet, hope it won't be much longer

So I've been working the night shift at Canada Post all week (midnight til 8am). Told myself I was going to go straight to bed when I got home because I have to work at my other job at 4pm. Well... Santa came early with my swap package from Sharon the Rocket so I had to open it and take pics and post here!
I'm loving everything Sharon sent! Firstly, since I'll be moving into my new place on Saturday I'm glad I received it before then Secondly, I was going to just go to the dollar store and pick up some tea towels.. but now I don't have to!! I love them! Of course I won't be changing them every day, but I figure I can use them to keep track of how long they've been in use (i.e. take Monday out on Monday, use it for a few days then take out Thursday and put Monday in the wash). We'll see if that actually happens, lol.
The ornaments are are lovely. I'm assuming the cardinal is a native winter bird in Missouri, as it is in some Southern parts of Canada. The one that says "Welcome Friends" will hopefully find a spot on my door. The cookbook has SO many recipes. I will have to browse it a bit more in depth when I come home inbetween work later tonight.
Thanks Sharon, you Rock(et)! See what I did there?

So glad you liked everything, Dominique! I had a blast making the dish towels - was my first big project with my embroidery machine. If you find some little screw-ups, sorry! Thought they would be perfect for your new apartment. Big hugs! Sharon (Hey! Last I checked, Canada had the same days of the week in the same order as the U.S.A. - since when does Thursday come BEFORE Wednesday?!! LOL)

Evelyn sent me a pomegranate last year and I love it. Lucky you to get some Saffron, my DD and I have been talking about getting some to make jambalaya. I am sure your parcel will arrive soon. Funny how packages can take so little time going one way but so long coming the other way. Think its more to do with customs hold ups

I was also thinking of not signing up again for next year because I was exceptionally busy at my shop, but getting my awesome package and the card from you makes it all worth while.
Becky
Your quite welcome Becky, I am so glad you joined in the swap again this year and sure do hope you will be back next year. I did realize as I was doing the cards that my handwriting is terrible. When you type most everything now a days it really does affect it.
