I'm so excited, I received my package from Jubes today!
Thank you for all of the wonderful goodies.
Jubes originally asked me if there was anything specific that I would like. I told her a Koala. She told me she didn't know if she could send me one, but she'd try. She sent me several.
Some how en route the package got a little jostled and there was a small incident. When I received it, it came in a bag from Canada Post saying that it was damaged when they received it. There was only one casualty and it is only minor. Once I am able to make it to a craft store to pick up some glue, everything will be fine
I have built the little Christmas tree and all of the ornaments (minus the broken one) are already on my tree. Taurus' (my cat) new stocking is hanging with the rest. I look forward to trying all the goodies and playing with the new toys.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Yayy !!! It's arrived !!
I'm so glad your package has arrived safely and I think very lucky that there weren't more casualties. Lovely to see your ornaments on your tree too
Couldn't send you a real koala....though did manage to send the chocolate variety and some other koalas

Well tomorrow is my day off from work so its my last chance to wrap presents and bake.
Going to make
Award Winning Butter Tarts
and
Date Bars
(usually make Date squares for my Dad, but thought I would try these. Will see if they pass the Dad test Evelyn;)
Want to make something with chocolate too, but not sure what...any suggestions?

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Just a couple more long distance parcels and I can call this swap a wonderful success again.
Have had some people asking me if I have a New years resolution. My resolution has always been to never have a New years resolution
That way I can never feel bad for not succeeding.
