Being tested for celiacs Friday, at best I'm non-celiac gluten intolerant, so any tired and true gluten free recipes? Really looking for the type that normally has gluten icon_smile.gif

If you use the recipe sifter and select free of gluten, you will get thousands of recipes - then look for breads and whatever else you are interested in.

Take a look at the ingredients thread in the GF forum to identify things with hidden gluten. Also keep in mind that many people don't label their recipes as being gluten-free, simply because it's not personally of interest to them. By knowing what ingredients have gluten and what will work instead, you can make your own substitutions and continue using at least some of the recipes you enjoyed in the past.

Gotcha - these recipes are labeled both GF and OAMC. I think that things that freeze well for regular recipes would freeze well for OAMC.GF as well.,gluten-free,oamc-freezer-make-ahead
