I just made ate and reviewed Easy Lemon Lentil Soup and gave it 5 stars. This completes my 3 recipes. Can I adopt a seasoned chef and do just one recipe?

I do the extra number thing sometimes too. The keyboard gets smaller or my fingers bigger. I'm not sure which. LOL

All seasoned chefs are adopted for three recipes.
We'll be offering sessions of preemies though next week. Any preemie can be adopted for only ONE recipe. You can wait for the list of preemies to be posted or begin your search to be ready for adoption day.
Preemies joined have 4 or fewer posted recipes and you will need to make sure that the preemie is currently active on the site. This means that they must have posted recipes or reviewed recipes since January 2012.

The scheduled PCC sessions are on Monday, October 15th , 2012 - and
Thursday, October 18th , 2012 -(Eastern Standard Time)
