    Need:

3-4 empty, one gallon milk jugs
strand or two of white Christmas lights (or orange lights)

For those of us who need to untangle the Christmas lights anyway. This is super easy. Just draw fun faces on the jugs, cut holes on each side of the middle jugs. One hole on the end ones. String lights through... bunching them up in each jug. I'm also wondering if it's possible to paint the jugs orange...?

~Tasty Dish~ made one of these but I haven't had the opportunity to
take a photo! Soon! She made a ghost instead and we placed a strand of white lights in the jug.
