    wine and cheese

    Tue Oct 09, 2012 8:53 pm Groupie
I'm musing about a wine and cheese around Christmas but I have several friends with gluten issues and need some advice about what to serve with the cheese...crackers/bread wise. Suggestions?

I think gluten-free crackers or the asian style rice crackers would work nicely.
To serve a dip to gluten-free friends, you will need to have either all gluten-free only crackers/dippers or a seperate dip for those who need to be gluten-free.

Cross contamination can occur from crumbs from non-gluten-free crackers or bread being dipped

Some fruit on your cheese board would be nice too.....and all natural fruit is gluten-free
