Kittencal's Perfect Roasted Whole Turkey (Great for Beginners) Hi when do you suggest to flip the bird back up right, straight out of the oven after roasting, while it is cooling or after the 30 minute settling period. Thanks, tried lots of your recipes, always great!!!

Flip it to breast side up for at least the last hour of roasting, if you want the skin to brown.

Some reviewers turned the bird to brown the breast in the last hour, but it looks like most did not.

I would place it breast side up after removing it from the oven.
