I've tried changing my profile info & picture a few times this week but nothing will save! Anybody else having issues?

There is definitely some system wide problem - I have the same problem, I have sent an alert, but Sunday nights are a tough time on tech support.

We experienced a system outage last night resulting in a large amount of emails stating that users accounts were disabled or inaccessible. However, this issue should have been resolved around 10:00 pm ET. Please delete your cache and cookies and try again. Let us know if you continue to have problems!

I just joined and nothing I add to my Profile will save, except main photo.
Would like to post a recipe and photo but doesn't give an option anywhere in my profile, just says I haven't done so yet.

Hover your cursor over the blue box to the right of your icon - that will open a box with personal info - cookbooks, menus, recipes - go down to the bottom of the right hand column and you will see the Submit a Recipe button - click that and then follow directions. You will have to wait until the recipe is published in order to put a photo on it.

If you are still having this problem, bunnysprinkles, which internet browser and version are you using?

I'm using Internet Explorer 9 - Version 9.0.8112.16421. Was finally able to save my profile, but wasn't able to format text or use emoticons in doing so. Still don't see any options for submitting a recipe w/photo.

Do you see the blue box to the right of your icon in the upper right hand corner of each page? Hover your cursor over that - the Submit Recipe button is at the bottom of the right hand column.

Submitted my recipe, but didn't see an option to add a photo. Formatting and emoticons still not working for Profile.

You cannot add a photo until the recipe is published. Cannot help with the other, sorry, Mary will need to look at that.

What I first suggest is to reinstall Adobe Flash Player and Java and restart your computer. Once that is completed, see if you are still having the same problem.
Also, have you tried any other browsers or just Internet Explorer?

It's unfortunate that Food.com isn't willing to acknowledge or take measures to resolve technical issues on their website.
I'm unwilling to change browsers in order to utilize your site, and shouldn't have to. I confirmed today that I have the current versions of both Adobe Flash and Java. These Problems Are Not Occurring On Other Sites.
Again, since Food.com is unwilling to address these technical issues, I'll go ahead and utilize other websites.

You are signed in as you would not be able to post without being signed in. Is there something you are trying to do that is not working?
