I have a recipe swap
Instead of the Samboosak I'll make:
Shredded Beets With Thick Yogurt #185756 for Elmo
I have beets in the fridge and I just bought some good yogurt yesterday so it shouldn't take too long to get this done

I put the beets on early this morning, drained the yogurt and shredded the beets with the food pro. It all came out marvelous and the review is posted.
It's really good

Well, I baked 4 mini loaves of the above krachel bread.
Cooled, packaged, priced and set aside for today's bake sale at church.
Guess what? Forgot to sample it.
I'll have to bake another batch.
