I've MERP'd both recipes for BIG MAMMA for our dinner last night.

And Basic Roux I finally made a good smooth Roux - heres the roux

Oh glad to see you here Pammy, it is fun and I've found some real gems here. I like that it goes on every month. and even gives you a chance to get some of your own lost gems a chance to be tried. What I found interesting that while making my own book found some old posting that I'd even forgotten about

I thought I'd put my unreviewed recipes in a separate cookbook and post it here but then I have only been a member for 2 1/2 years, and most of my unreviewed recipes are new. *sigh*
