Had a heavy lunch so I made Sausage Rolls #429522 by threeovens for dinner. I'm going to have to make it again with the puff pastry or bread dough, the pie dough was too thick and stiff. Maybe my fault, but I can see where these would be amazing with the optional puff pastry. Thanks threeovens, I can see me making these often.

Well it was driving me crazy and I re-made the Sausage Rolls #429522. They're great with the puff pastry! My future son in law ate the 'ugly' ones where the puff pastry opened up to horseshoes with some maple syrup and said they were great that way too. Thanks threeovens!

I've recipenapped one of weekend cooker's recipes .......and so glad that I did icon_biggrin.gif

My family have enjoyed Baked Stuffed Apples With Apple Pie Spice #486317. These apples were so easy to do in the slow cooker and were totally delicious yummy.gif

I haven't cooked baked apples in a slow cooker before- they turned out beautifully - so soft and tender on the inside and they made their own tasty sauce icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks Pat - I noticed that weekend cooker had a few versions of the slowcooker baked apples. I'll have to give that one a try too icon_smile.gif

I've only ever had baked apples done in the oven before and wasn't so sure how they would turn out 'baked' in the slowcooker. I shouldn't have worried- they were so, so good icon_biggrin.gif
