    Apple Bread can you tell me the size of the pan that is

    used in this recipe - can it me made in a bundt pan - thank you

    Yes, I think you can.
    It is very similar in volume (and ingredients) to my apple cake which is baked in a bundt pan. Just remember to adjust the baking time for the larger amount of batter in the pan. icon_smile.gif

    Actually, a 10" bundt pan has almost the same cross-sectional area as an 8x4 loaf pan. It should take nearly the same amount of time, maybe 10-15 minutes longer, I'd guess.
