I was given a large amount of pillsbury sour cream donut mix. I gave half to my mom. What sorts of things can I do with the rest? Will it work to make pancakes?

You could try a micro-batch as an experiment. Then you'll have some idea what the characteristics of the mix are and how to adjust it for different uses.
