Thx RBS, I excited about the seafood lunch. We will have lots of grilling, but on the beach ... it doesn't get much better.
And my fave ... cornish hens. Love those little guys. One per person, just butterfly and cook with the brick. They don't take long and so good. Usually I have a bit left (1 per person) for a great chicken salad sandwich or to stuff in a wrap. Or if you can find the fresh ones, they are fatter ... I serve 1/2 per person ... I buy the skinny ones when they go on sale

#3 for me. Just the crisp clean pic. I may tighten it up a bit. But it is very clean looking and a nice composition.

Ok, this is a little late and I haven't posted a menu in a couple of weeks but here we go.
Sunday: oldest DD made chicken thighs, mashed potatoes and corn
Monday: out to eat
Tuesday: Hearty Beef Stew (making before I go to work this afternoon for family)
Wednesday: Awesome Baked Pork Chops, noodles and veggie
Thursday: Stir-Fry Chicken With Garlic Sauce, with broccoli and rice
Friday: fend for yourself, at a work meeting until at least 5pm, youngest DD has to be at school by 6 for marching, oldest DD works and DH has bowling.......Friday's are so hectic.

I like the first and the third ones, as the prawns just jump out at you! They all make me salivate.

Even later than usual this week! Well, did a menu yesterday and shopped today. As I was taking sausage out of the freezer to thaw this a.m. I found things lurking that needed to be used up, so my menu has already changed! Plus with 90+ degree temps here in Northern California I want to limit my time over the stove!
Last night (Monday): simple fried rice using leftover grilled steak
Tonight (Tuesday): Two different kinds of sausage from the freezer, twice baked potatoes and a green salad.
Wednesday: Grilled b/s chicken breasts, Mustard and Mayonnaise Glazed Asparagus (Grilled) using zucchini, my older DD's favorite and homemade bread
Thursday: Ground turkey tacos, canned refried beans and some sort of green side!
Friday: Probably take out, or maybe a chicken caesar salad.
Saturday: Who knows? Older DD has a soccer game at 4:15 about 90 mins away from home, so she and DH will be eating on the road. My sister and BIL will be staying with us this weekend, so younger DD and I will eat with them and my parents. I may decide to skip dinner and just go straight home after work since I'm usually really tired...harvest is upon us and the tasting room is usually mobbed all day long.
