    Love the 1st photo!! Also like the 2nd, but in your photo #2 (2nd post) the colour IS a tad brighter. But both the photos of the finished dish are very nice!! Good!! icon_biggrin.gif

    Have not made this in a long time and was something DH asked as a special request, so gaining extra brownie points too!

    The first two photos are great but I like your idea on third photo showing the layers.

    Yes it is a bit blurry but the idea is a great one and think with some practice you could master that kind of a shot.

    Have any hints and tips other that tossing the baked tortillas upside down on a plate and photographing the layers without the glass?

    the first shot conjures up the image of an old mediterranean woman, a floral dress gathered in the middle with her pinny, head scarf on, a little side to side wobble in her gait, carrying a dirty great pan of "beef and Bean Whoo Hoo" into the café

    thanks Steve...your description of my photo MADE my day!

    While not the mediterranean woman, ALL I could think of was the ladies in the "caf" in the TV Series of the Buses

    LOVED that series and it STILL makes me laugh after all of these years
