    It mentions pineapple in the directions but it is not in the list of ingredienats. Sounds yummy but how much pineapple, and shoudl it be crushed, etc what type?

    Hmmm? Good question.

    Your best bet would be to contact the posting chef for clarification.

    Click on the chef's name (chef # in this case) near the recipe title/ name.
    A drop down menu will appear, click CONTACT CHEF and send a Zmail. Hopefully you will hear back. This is an old recipe.... hopefully the chef is still around.

    P.S. I would think a small can (4oz +/-) of crushed pineapple, well drained would work.Use as much or as little as you like.

    If you go ahead and make it make your notes & suggestions in your review.

    Hopefully, the chef will get in touch with you and correct this error.
