I just bought some Vietnamese Cinnamon from KA. It smells heavenly.
McCormicks just wasn't cutting it anymore. I seemed to be using way more than the recipe called for.
Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices, besides nutmeg.
Anyone one know a lot about cinnamon?

Thank you! I will order some Ceylon! Sounds great for my apple crisp and pies! I order my vanilla beans from Penzys. Looking forward to trying some of the Ceylon!

I love Ceylon cinnamon - it's MY favorite. Light, citrusy, and sweet.

Ordered some from Penzys. I don't think I like this Vietnamese Cinnamon anymore. It now tastes very strong and bitter I think.
Tasted some Ceylon and there is a huge difference. Thank you so very much!!!

I once went to visit the kao yai nationalpark in thailand and there you can see cinammon trees. there was a guy who sold cinnamon sticks very very cheap, so i just bought some without thinking much of it. but its so great. i mean i gotta crush it with pestle and mortar and thats a bit annoying, but it tastes so good.

I use Watkin's Cinnamon. I really like it! Watkin brand has been around forever. I order mine on line.
