    Can I use regular flour and yeast and bake it in the oven? I don't have a brread machine but would love to try this sweet bread. Help icon_smile.gif

    Sure - using all-purpose instead of bread flour is fine. You should hold off putting in all the water or milk until you are sure you need it, but if you bake breads, you would know that already.

    The bread machine recipes are essentially just lists of ingredients - you can take those ingredients and make it completely by hand or with a stand mixer.

    There are several recipes posted that don't use a bread machine, by the way:

    If you are using all-purpose flour, you will need to reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe. You should also be aware that the bread will not rise as high or have the same texture as bread made with bread flour.
