I took leftovers from baked potatoes, which I had used
leftover Spinach,Cheddar, & Bacon filling from Christmas
Day " Nibbles". Then I took the potatoes,and made a soup for

I bet that would make a great soup after all it is not that different from a baked potato soup and I am sure a lot quicker because you are working with left overs.
