I used this recipe. I only made the harissa, not the rest or the recipe.

I hope you make it, I am curious if it tastes like the real thing

    No.

    You?

Interesting, but somehow doesn't look like the real thing. It's made from fresh chilis, garlic, cumin, coriander seeds, salt, olive oil.

There are so many incredible places in the U.S., it is hard to say. Driving,
The Boundary Waters, a mere 6 hours, Lake Superior, 5 hours away. Big Sur, a 3 hour flight, the Black Hills, 7 hour drive, I can't choose! icon_wink.gif

Do you enjoy long car trips?

As long as the drive is no longer than 10 hours, I'm good. Any longer and I'm flying.

    Where was your last vacation?

I skied quite regularly over a period of 6 or 7 years, in my youth, but I was never much good and didnt particularly enjoy it, I wouldnt worry to try it again (except maybe cross-country skiing, as long as there were no downhills)

Have you water-skied and did you like it?

Yes, I have, but only a couple of times. It was exhilarating when I managed to get up out of the water and actually ski icon_redface.gif

    Have you ever gone snowshoeing?

BTW, I found cross country skiing much more difficult than downhill icon_exclaim.gif

I have hay fever. that's about it. Horses, if I pet them, give me red bumps, but I assume that is because they roll in the hay! icon_lol.gif

Do you take anything to control your allergies?
