I used this recipe. I only made the harissa, not the rest or the recipe.
Roasted Vegetable Couscous Salad With Harissa-style Dressing

Interesting, but somehow doesn't look like the real thing. It's made from fresh chilis, garlic, cumin, coriander seeds, salt, olive oil.

Where is you favorite place to visit on a vacation, not too far away, in your own country?

It may not be accurate, but it was delicious, try it, you'll like it!

There are so many incredible places in the U.S., it is hard to say. Driving,
The Boundary Waters, a mere 6 hours, Lake Superior, 5 hours away. Big Sur, a 3 hour flight, the Black Hills, 7 hour drive, I can't choose! icon_wink.gif

Do you enjoy long car trips?
    Sun Nov 11, 2012 8:44 am Groupie
As long as the drive is no longer than 10 hours, I'm good. Any longer and I'm flying.

    Where was your last vacation?

    Do you ski?
    Karen Elizabeth
    Mon Nov 12, 2012 7:16 am Groupie
I skied quite regularly over a period of 6 or 7 years, in my youth, but I was never much good and didnt particularly enjoy it, I wouldnt worry to try it again (except maybe cross-country skiing, as long as there were no downhills)

Have you water-skied and did you like it?
    Mon Nov 12, 2012 7:35 am Groupie
Yes, I have, but only a couple of times. It was exhilarating when I managed to get up out of the water and actually ski icon_redface.gif

    Have you ever gone snowshoeing?

BTW, I found cross country skiing much more difficult than downhill icon_exclaim.gif

    Are you allergic to anything?
    Karen Elizabeth
    Tue Nov 13, 2012 4:10 am Groupie
Skin allergies to quite a few plants and many household cleaners, and a mild intolerance to iron supplements ....bees .....probably a few other things I'm not thinking of right now ... oh, aerosols ......

    and yourself?
    Tue Nov 13, 2012 4:25 am Groupie
I have hay fever. that's about it. Horses, if I pet them, give me red bumps, but I assume that is because they roll in the hay! icon_lol.gif

Do you take anything to control your allergies?
