    No, but I do like anise. At Christmas time I make really good caramels with anise extract.

    I had to look it up to be sure, but I'd then say, not so much, I'm quite the traditionalist.

    We have a long weekend coming up, for Easter, many people here go away over Easter for a short holiday break, how about in your area? Do they go on holiday or stay home?

    I would guess that many stay home so they can go to the Easter Services at their own church.

    We didn't do anything yesterday. Today is our 18th wedding anniversary. I think we will have strawberries and chocolate this afternoon. I doubt we will do much else.

    Our last anniversary...I took a dear friend of mine for her chemo treatment and got home and changed clothes and my DH and I just went out for a simple dinner together. No gifts exchanged!
