I'm not much of a one for soups, but I dont mind a nice Cream of something vegetarian ... in one restaurant I worked in many years ago they did a Cream Of Sorrel that I lived on for months!!

Either a PannaCotta or an ooey-gooey-stinky cheese with French bread rounds and fresh fruit.

Oh, for heavens sake! How to nail that down! In fact, the first thing that comes to mind is a restaurant in Biloxi, MS. about ten years ago, called Mary Maloney's I had this out of this world dish, shrimp and crab au gratin. OMG, soooo good!

Wow, that does sound good!! There used to be a restaurant quite nearby that did a fabulous Lobster Ravioli, think I'll choose that one!!!

I had eggs Benedict once and the whites were runny, completely grossed me out. To this day I get nauseated thinking about those mucous looking whites  If I don't make them at home I won't order them.

Eggs Benedict is my favourite, and I do like Very soft eggs, but very mucousy whites, hmm, might be a bit much
