I missed the game, but with all the comments I sure wish I had been able to see it - sounds like it was one of the best of the week !!

For your win I would like to make Quinoa With Sweet Potato and Mushrooms #457216 - minus the mushrooms - is that ok? I just can't stomach those things, but the recipe itself sounds wonderful without them...would that be acceptable?

If not, I've got a couple more recipes in mind.

I have MERP'd Chicken Maryland #350805 (I was really having trouble narrowing down which one of your recipes I would make and then found chicken thighs on sale today so I made a $6.00 dinner with veggies included!)



I know Andi's photo is much better than this so feel free to go back to hers as a default - I just had to show off how nice it was to have a one dish meal!

You are too kind Kathy! I'm not especially happy with it - was trying to get the steam rising and all it did was blur my photo. Oh well - no matter the photo the food was excellent!
