Football season is here and that means it’s time for this year’s FOOTBALL POOL!
Feel free to join in, even if you haven't played before - it is simple and the only requirement is that you need to have some posted recipes for others to pick from - you never know, you could be the winner!!!!
All you have to do is pick the winners of the upcoming week's NFL Football Games before the games start (you may play late, but you will not get credit for any game that has already started).
You will also need to predict and post the total game points (the combined total scores from each team) for the Monday Night game. In the event that a "tie-breaker" is needed to determine the week’s winner, this number will be used - the player involved in the tie that gets the score closest, without going over, to the total combined scores of the teams will be the winner!
You do not have to play every week, just join in whenever you would like to play!!! The person who chooses the most winning teams is the winner, and all of the "losers" then must choose, prepare and review any one of the winner’s recipes (one that you have not already reviewed) to be completed within two weeks.
Each Tuesday during the regular season, playoffs, and Superbowl, I’ll post the matchups for the games that will be played that week (each week will have its own game thread). To play, post an entry listing the teams you pick to win for each game. To make things easier, you can copy the teams playing from there into your post, then ‘bold’ or ‘color’ the team you are picking to win. After the Monday night game is over, I’ll announce the winner and everyone else who played that week can choose one of the winner’s recipes!
